We receive many requests for samples from all over the world. The time we used for manufacturing the sample, preparing the package, labeling it, invoicing it and making the shipping arrangements is considerable and worths a lot more than the samples themselves.

Shipping a sample from China by express courier delivery is very expensive. If you are seriously interested in our products, we can offer the sample free of charge. And that, freight charges must be prepaid. We will provide our bank account for the client to tranfer the cost before we can delivery the sample.

Sample total cost = Sample Cost + Courier Cost + Package Cost

Sample Cost:
1) slice, strips and diced products: free while below 30g;
2) powder products: free while below 30g + commodity inspection cost 500 RMB
PS: Every powder product must be registered in commodity inspection department in Beijing before we can delivery them, the registration is valid for one year and the cost is 500 RMB. If the product haven't been registered in the year, we will charge client 500 RMB. But when the product is already registered in the year, the client don't have to pay the 500 RMB.

Courier Cost:
Weikang Freeze Dried Co., Ltd. has subscribed "Big Client Agreement" with EMS department of China Post. We get a discount for using EMS service. The following chart is the courier cost for different area of the world.

ClientA from USA want 20g freeze dried apple powder sample and the apple powder hasn't been registered in that year before:
sample total cost= 0(sample cost)+500(registeration cost)+ 240(courier cost)+30(package cost)=770 RMB=110 USD

Client B from UK want 25g freeze dried coriander sample:
sample total cost=0(sample cost)+280(courier cost)+30(package cost)=310RMB=45USD

Client C from Canada want 2KG freeze dried carrot powder sample and the carrot powder has been registered in that year before:
sample total cost=?(sample cost)+0(registeration cost)+465(courier cost)+60(package cost)=?+525 RMB
